What I have seen from my personal experience is that when I don't get a good night sleep, I just can't concentrate on anything during the day time. Sometimes lack of sleep affects my studies and sometimes it affects my office work, so it is important that you should get proper sleep. Insomnia can cause a lot of problems for any person. It can affect the school, work and home life. The reaction time also gets slower if you don't get proper sleep and that can result in accidents.
